F-1 Student Fall 2026 Late Orientation
Welcome to HCC! The International Student Orientation is mandatory for all incoming New, Change-of-Status, Transfer, and Reinstatement F-1 international students. F-1 students are expected to complete their class enrollment for the Fall 2026 semester before attending Late Summer Orientation.

What We Will Cover
This essential session will help you maintain your F-1 status during your time at HCC and inform you about upcoming changes. Topics include:
- Maintaining your F-1 visa status, International student health insurance, Student life at HCC.
Important Instructions for Attendees
For the Online Session (Webex):
- An invitation link will be sent to your primary email. We highly recommend downloading and installing the Webex application on your device prior to the orientation day.
- To register, click on the link and simply enter your first name, last name, a valid email address, and your HCC ID number on the registration form.
- Ensure your digital calendar is set to Central Time (CT) so you do not miss the start.
